Proklisi ("we", "us" or "our") operates the website www.proklisi.com and the Proklisi Client Portal. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information you explicitly choose to provide to us. We do not collect data silently or beyond what is necessary to deliver our services. Specifically:

• Contact form submissions — name, email address, telephone number, campaign budget and message content, submitted voluntarily via our contact form.
• Account registration — name, email address and password (stored as a secure hash) or Google account details if you use Google Sign-In.
• Business profile — company name, website, industry, target markets, brand description and social media handles, only if you choose to provide them.
• Campaign and order records — which influencer packages you purchased, the order reference, purchase date and 30-day expiry. This is stored solely to activate and manage your campaign access.
• Brand assets you upload — logos, images, videos, documents and other files you choose to upload to the Client Portal after purchasing a campaign. These are stored securely in Amazon S3 and used exclusively to deliver your campaign.

We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring URLs, via standard server logs and analytics tools. This data is used solely for security and service improvement purposes.

We do not collect, store or have access to any payment card details. All card and payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe (see Section 3 below).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to enquiries and provide our AI influence services.
• Create and manage your client account.
• Activate and track your campaign packages following payment.
• Store and serve the brand assets you upload for campaign delivery.
• Send service-related communications such as order confirmations, password resets and campaign updates.
• Improve our website and services.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal data with any third party for marketing, advertising or any other commercial purpose. Data shared with our service providers (listed in Section 3) is strictly limited to what is necessary for them to perform their function.

3. Payment Security & Third-Party Services

Payment Processing — Stripe

All payments on Proklisi are processed exclusively by Stripe, a globally trusted payment infrastructure provider. Stripe is certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider — the highest level of payment security certification available in the industry.

When you enter your card details on our checkout page, that information is transmitted directly and securely to Stripe's servers. Proklisi never sees, receives, processes or stores your card number, CVV, expiry date or any other sensitive payment credentials at any point. Our servers are entirely outside the payment data flow.

The only payment-related information we retain is your order reference number, the campaign packages purchased, the transaction amount and the date — solely for the purpose of activating your account access and maintaining your billing history in the Client Portal.

Other Third-Party Services

We use the following additional trusted third-party services which may process your data solely to deliver our services:

• Firebase (Google) — secure authentication and account database. Your password is never stored in plain text. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS S3) — secure cloud storage for brand assets you upload. Files are stored in a private, access-controlled environment.
• EmailJS / Zoho Mail — delivery of transactional emails such as welcome messages and order confirmations.
• Amazon Web Services (Lambda / API Gateway) — serverless backend infrastructure for processing checkout sessions and campaign activations.

None of these providers are authorised to use your data for any purpose other than delivering the specific function they perform for us.

4. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies required for the site to function correctly, including authentication session cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect functionality.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the Account section of the Client Portal or by emailing support@proklisi.com.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
